Delivery Policy


1. Orders usually completed automatically within 1 MINUTES

The processing lead-time of your order depends on method of payment you have chosen. Usually it does not exceed 1 minutes

2. Premium Keys / Accounts will be delivered to your email  or show on page payment completed.
So please make sure to provide a valid email and check your Inbox /spam box

    i)If you do not receive any product details from us within 6 hours then please contact us by email at support@shopkeys.co

   ii) Some email providers blocking email from Us so we suggest you to register an account HERE, then you can check order update & Look up your key in your "Order History" or find your key at "Track Order"

Once you received your voucher code please activate it as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to extend the processing delay of an order in the event of external factors beyond our control (e.g. crashes/breakdowns relating to the server, Internet, electricity supply, supplier service, agent handling payment, banks etc.).

Its the customers responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address & phone number as the product will be delivered to it. The customer needs to confirm that our emails do not end up in JUNK folder of your email.

In the event of incomplete payment, we shall process the order only after the balance amount is received.

All payments are one time only.
We have no recurring payments in all kinds of payment methods.
